We stand by our work. If you notice any missed spots, damage, or have concerns about the service, you must notify us within 24 hours of job completion. After 24 hours, we are not liable for any issues, concerns, or damage claimed.

Due to the nature of mobile detailing, unexpected delays can occur. We reserve the right to arrive up to 3 hours after your scheduled time.
Delays may be caused by:Prior clients underreporting the condition of their vehicles
Traffic or road closures
Equipment malfunction or breakdown
Weather-related delays
We always aim to communicate delays clearly and in a timely manner. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

We kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment.
Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a $25 cancellation fee or the forfeiture of any deposit made.
Please understand that short-notice cancellations cause a loss of time, fuel, product, and missed job opportunities. -
Please ensure the following before your appointment:
The vehicle is unlocked or keys are available
All personal belongings and valuables are removed
There is enough space around the vehicle for us to work
There is a working water spigot and power outlet, if your package requires it
Failure to meet these conditions may result in appointment delays or cancellation with a fee.

If weather (rain, snow, excessive wind, etc.) prevents us from completing your service safely or properly, we will contact you to reschedule at no penalty. Your service quality and safety is our top priority.

We use professional tools and products. However, breakdowns or malfunctions may occur. In the rare event we are unable to complete your service, we will reschedule as soon as possible at no extra cost.
We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if the working environment is unsafe, unsanitary, or presents any health risks to our team.

Slums Mobile Detailing is not responsible for:
Existing damage (scratches, dents, paint issues, fabric tears, etc.)
Damage to vehicles with aftermarket parts not properly installed
Damage caused by excessive dirt, pet hair, mold, biohazard, or stains beyond normal wear
We do our best to assess and document the vehicle's condition before beginning.

Our detailing services aim to clean, restore, and protect your vehicle as much as possible. However, some stains, odors, or damage may be permanent and beyond what a standard detail can fully correct. We will always communicate this before or during the service.

Unless otherwise arranged, payment is due upon completion of service. We accept [insert your accepted methods, e.g., cash, card, Zelle, etc.]. Invoices can be provided upon request.
