By booking a service with us, you agree to the following policies. These terms help us maintain a high standard of quality, professionalism, and safety for all clients.

1. Appointment & Cancellation Policy

  • A minimum 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a $50 cancellation fee, charged to the card on file or added to your next booking.

  • No-shows or failure to provide access to the vehicle at the scheduled time may result in the full service fee being charged.

2. Access & Work Area Requirements

  • Your vehicle must be parked in an open space with at least 10 feet of clearance on all sides.

  • Please ensure your driveway or work area is accessible at the time of service.

  • For safety, we do not service vehicles parked on main roads or active traffic zones.

3. Vehicle Preparation

  • All personal belongings must be removed before your appointment.

  • Excess clutter or items left in the vehicle that require removal by our team may result in an additional labor fee.

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged items left in the vehicle.

4. Travel Radius

  • We provide mobile services within 45 minutes of Martinsburg, WV.

  • Services beyond this radius may be subject to a travel fee, communicated prior to booking confirmation.

5. Service Timeframes & Conditions

  • Service times are estimates and may vary depending on vehicle condition.

  • Vehicles with heavy staining, pet hair, mold, or biohazards may require extra time and additional charges.

6. Payment & Deposits

  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments.

  • A deposit may be required for large jobs or first-time clients.

  • Full payment is due upon completion of the service.

7. Weather Policy

  • If poor weather (rain, snow, extreme temperatures) impacts service, we will reschedule for the next available time.

  • If you have access to a garage or covered area, please notify us in advance.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you're unsatisfied with any aspect of the service, please let us know before we leave the site.

  • Once we depart, we assume the service was approved unless stated otherwise.

9. Liability

  • We are fully insured and treat every vehicle with care.

  • We are not liable for pre-existing damage, worn materials, faded paint, or hidden defects revealed during cleaning.

  • Paint correction, stain removal, and touch-up results may vary depending on vehicle condition.

10. Right to Refuse Service

  • We reserve the right to refuse service for any of the following:

  • Unsafe working conditions

  • Harassment or aggressive behavior

  • Vehicles with hazardous materials or infestations

11. Add-On Services & Pricing Adjustments

  • All add-on services (e.g., stain removal, pet hair removal, ceramic spray, etc.) are optional and priced separately unless stated in a package.

  • If additional work is required beyond the original scope (e.g., excessive stains, odors, or contamination), we will notify you before proceeding and adjust the price accordingly with your approval.

12. Photos & Marketing

  • We may take before and after photos of your vehicle for quality control and marketing purposes (social media, website, ads, etc.).

  • No identifying personal information (license plates, addresses) will be shared.

  • If you prefer we do not use photos of your vehicle, please inform us before the service begins.
